As the former Director of Operations, Marketing Manager, Transaction Coordinator & Client Care Director for a top 1% Producing Real Estate Team for over six years, I developed every process & system imaginable to help build a wildly successful Real Estate business. I utilized my core skills in data analysis and creative thinking to transform my former team into an efficient, thriving and hospitable business. Step by step I helped nurture & grow a solo real estate agent producing 11 million in volume to a team of 11 real estate agents with a volume of 45 million. I designed seamless platforms to accommodate clients, get homes sold, and ensure a smooth experience from “Hello!” to the closing table. The result? Six hundred and thirty one satisfied clients to be exact.

Using my passion & experience I am thrilled to partner with all types of small business owners & real estate professionals to teach, train, consult and streamline their operating with some grace, and a little bit of fun. Operations development & implementation, systems optimization & refinement and extraordinary event project management are a few of the ways I empower business owners to succeed.

Before my tenure in real estate I spent over 20 years in the hospitality, event planning & marketing industries honing my ability to exceed expectations and craft exceptional experiences. In addition to training & teaching classes as a Keller Williams Master Faculty, I continue to work as a Realtor® in sales, helping guide friends, family and my community to sell and buy with ease.
